About us

Panoramic Counselling & Wellbeing was created over twenty years ago. Having gained her accreditation with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), our director, began her career providing one-to-one counselling. 

Through doing this work she quickly realised how much women could also benefit from group work and coaching. This belief encouraged her to develop a unique range of ‘women only’ services that use creativity alongside highly effective counselling and life coaching techniques. 

Since then we’ve grown into a dedicated team of friendly female-only specialist counsellors and practitioners who deliver online and telephone services free of charge on referral. 

We offer women culturally sensitive support and the freedom to choose how the people we work with heal and recover from the impacts of violence and abuse. 

Building resilience and self-worth

The main aim of our work is to build resilience and help women integrate the adverse experiences they have suffered. 

We hope that women leave our services with a better understanding of their value and worth. Ultimately, we’re here to help women create a new vision for their lives and set ambitious goals that will move them towards a more confident and fulfilling future.
